Hanifa accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Ship Your Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your Hanifa store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
